Charter toolkit
Tools for planning private flights
Plan with real numbers: range, time, cost and tax, for any route and aircraft.
Range Explorer
Map how far up to six aircraft can fly nonstop from any airport, and which can reach your destination.
Use it when you know where you are flying from and want to see which aircraft classes reach your destination without a fuel stop. Each aircraft shows a planning range (published range less 15% for full cabins and winds) and its maximum range.
Open →Charter Cost Calculator
Itemised estimate for a one-way or round trip in any class, with repositioning, fees and taxes.
Use it to budget a trip before you ask for a quote. It prices flight time at typical 2026 hourly rates for each class and adds repositioning, taxes and common fees, so you can compare a light jet with a super midsize on the same route.
Open →Flight Time Calculator
Block time by aircraft model with headwinds, tailwinds and fuel stops.
Use it to plan your day. It estimates block time (door closed to door open) from the great-circle distance and each model's cruise speed, adds time for taxi, climb and descent and for any fuel stops, and lets you set an average headwind or tailwind.
Open →Charter Tax Calculator
US federal excise tax, segment fees and international fees at current IRS rates.
Use it to understand the tax lines on a US charter quote: the 7.5% federal excise tax on domestic flights, per-passenger segment fees, and the international arrival and departure taxes that apply instead on international trips.

FAQ
About our charter tools
Are these tools free to use?
Yes. All of the tools are free, need no sign-up and work on phones as well as desktops.
How accurate are the estimates?
They use typical market rates and published aircraft performance, so they are good for planning and budgeting. A firm price depends on the exact aircraft, its location and your dates, which is what a quote confirms.
Where do the hourly rates come from?
They are typical 2026 US on-demand retail ranges for each aircraft class, before taxes and fees, reviewed by our charter desk. Rates move with demand, season and aircraft availability.
Can I get an exact price for my trip?
Yes. Request a quote with your route and dates and a charter advisor will send real aircraft options with every cost itemised, usually within the hour.

Where do you need to be next?
Tell us the trip. A charter advisor will come back with vetted aircraft options and all-in pricing, usually within the hour.
