These terms govern your use of ambitionjets.com. Charter flights are subject to a separate written charter agreement provided at booking.
Our role as a charter broker
Ambition Jets Inc. is an air charter broker. We do not own or operate aircraft and are not a direct air carrier. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated Part 135 air carriers, or foreign air carriers with equivalent authority, which exercise full operational control of the flight. Ambition Jets acts as agent for its clients in arranging air transportation. The operator for your flight is identified in your quote and charter agreement.
Quotes and estimates
Estimates from our online tools, including the charter cost, flight time, tax and range tools, are indicative only and are not offers. Aircraft specifications are rounded manufacturer figures. A quote becomes binding only when confirmed in a signed charter agreement and paid. Prices and availability can change until then.
Use of the website
You may use this website for lawful, personal and business purposes. You may not copy, scrape or resell its content or data, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information.
