Approve the option you want, sign the charter agreement and we handle the rest, from catering to the car at the aircraft.
What does a charter quote include?
- The aircraft type and the operator that will fly it
- Flight time for each leg, plus any repositioning (ferry) time
- Taxes and fees: US federal excise tax, segment fees and international taxes where they apply
- Landing, handling and FBO fees, crew expenses and overnight costs on multi-day trips
- Anything that could change the price, such as de-icing in winter, stated up front

How quickly will I get a quote?
Usually within the hour during the day, and quickly overnight too. For flights in the next 24 hours, call us so we can check live availability while you are on the phone.
Does requesting a quote commit me to anything?
No. A quote is free and there is no obligation. You only commit when you approve an option and sign the charter agreement.
Why does a quote change if I wait?
Charter prices depend on which aircraft are available and where they are. As aircraft are booked, the closest and best-priced options disappear, so quotes are typically valid for a short time.
Can you quote one-way, round-trip and multi-leg trips?
Yes. Choose the trip type on the form, or describe a more complex itinerary in the notes and an advisor will build it with you.
What information speeds up my quote?
Exact or approximate departure times, passenger count, how much luggage you are bringing and any flexibility on dates or airports. Flexibility often lowers the price.
